Move More This Spring is designed to help participants learn about the benefits of regular exercise, to create a plan to Move More and to discover simple and fun exercises they can incorporate into their daily routines.
This event will explore:
Scientific research on how the body reacts to exercise
Three recommended components for an exercise routine
At home exercises
This interactive session will help participants spring into Spring by moving more. Participants can expect a blend of workshop, exercise and action planning. When directed, participants will move through six exercises.
