Move More This Spring at Athleta

Move More This Spring is designed to help participants learn about the benefits of regular exercise, to create a plan to Move More and to discover simple and fun exercises they can incorporate into their daily routines.

This event will explore:

  • Scientific research on how the body reacts to exercise

  • Three recommended components for an exercise routine

  • At home exercises

This interactive session will help participants spring into Spring by moving more. Participants can expect a blend of workshop, exercise and action planning. When directed, participants will move through six exercises.
