Join Meghan and Jackie Walsh (Hope Yoga Studio) as they share tools to help you stay active and manage your stress during these uncertain times. This session will begin with a 30-minute stress management workshop with Meghan followed by a 45-minute yoga flow with Jackie. You will learn lessons on and off the yoga mat that can help you become more self-aware and make plans to regain control over your sometimes-stressful life.
