The Sprint

Overview:

When you want help in less time. We'll start with a Best Possible Self-Exercise, allowing you to envision your desired future. From there, we'll move on to goal visualization, whether it's aiming for a promotion, kickstarting an exercise routine, embracing meditation, or furthering your education. Together, we'll brainstorm ideas and craft an action plan to turn your dreams into reality. It's a half-hour investment that can ignite lasting positive change.

The Makeover

60 Minute pantry makeover

Overeview:

When you want to evaluate your fueling strategy. Together we review Traffic Light Eating (TM), label reading and take a look in your pantry. You decide what you want to start, stop and continue eating in order to reach your goals. I will help you write a healthy shopping list and that will feed your body and soul. You will be left with tools to help you build new healthy eating and meal planning habits.

The Marathon

six, 60 Minute Calls

When you are planning to change your life and are not sure where to begin. Together we will clarify your goals for the future and through a guided process, plan to achieve them.  The marathon coaching package includes six, one-hour meetings and access to a variety of self-development tools, articles and videos. The plan for each meeting follows the Intentional Change Theory.
