2020 in Review

Reflecting on 2020

I decided to review this year through an appreciative lens. That means I want to find what worked this year and to examine success rather than identifying the problems that 2020 presented.

Highlights from my year include:

  • Staying physically active and mentally positive

  • Testing my values and trusting myself

  • Letting people know I love them despite our physical distance

  • Pushing myself outside my comfort zone

Here are my 20 goals for the year 2020, the green checkmarks show the goals that I accomplished. I suggest you consider using an appreciative approach when reflecting on the past year, it might help you find what you could do more of or what you could do differently in 2021.
