Use Your Strengths

Many people focus on their weaknesses and strive to improve them. 

Try this instead, identify your strengths and use them more often.  If you are not sure what your good at, ask for feedback on your strengths from a variety of people in and outside of work. Own your strengths, be proud of them and get comfortable talking about them.

Write a description of you at your best

When you are ready, take pen to paper and define who you are when you use your strengths: “I am at my best when… I can use my strengths in the following ways…”. Refer back to this description often and look for ways to capitals on your strengths.
